Dog Boarding FAQs

 We ensure ample playtime and rest for our furry guests. Dogs typically sleep for 12-14 hours a day, depending on age and breed. Our daily schedule:

  •    8:00 AM: Breakfast
  •    9:00 AM: Bath & dry (add-on)
  •   10:00 AM: Group playtime until dinner
  •    3:00 PM: Decompression time
  •    6:00 PM: Dinner (subject to change)
  •    7:00 PM: Last elimination break and energy release before bedtime
  •    8:00 PM: Bedtime with calming white noise to prevent disturbances.

Yes, anti-social dogs are welcome. We provide personalized playtime schedules if needed, but they must be people-friendly. And it’s subject to availability.

We administer medication to non-aggressive pets only. Please inform us of any medical conditions, and extra charges may apply.

If your pet requires urgent medical attention, we will contact you for permission to seek treatment from your vet or our panel vets. Veterinary and transport fees are the responsibility of the pet owners.

 

 Yes, we have in-house staff available day and night for the needs of our boarders.

  No, our boarding prices include kibbles and treats. However, we encourage fur parents to bring their dog’s own kibbles to ensure continuity of diet, especially for sensitive or picky eaters.

 Cats, dogs and other domestic pets are welcome, but there is no interaction between them. Cats have their own room equipped with all necessary amenities for a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay.

 Early or late check-ins/outs are subject to availability due to limited slots. Please message us before booking to inquire. Please understand that we need time to clean and sanitize the area, so punctuality is appreciated.

Cats receive a minimum of an hour in our public playground, depending on the number of cat boarders. Additionally, your chosen chalet will be equipped with scratchers and small toys, and if possible, toys provided by the fur parents.
